Treme Place House Rules
Registered Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy is two people per apartment. Visitors require prior approval.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbors and the residential character of the neighborhood.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, rotating occupants, and unauthorized commercial activities are prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment.
Pets
Pets are generally not accepted. Any exception must be approved before booking. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Property Care
Guests must report damage or maintenance issues promptly. Furniture may not be rearranged or removed without prior approval.
Parking
Street parking is public, not reserved, and cannot be guaranteed. Guests must follow all posted signs and city parking regulations.
