  • Balance: due 15 days before arrival
  • Cancellation: Full refund 30+ days • 50% refund 30-15 days • No refund within 14 days
  • Accepted payments: Credit card, HCO, Venmo, Zelle
  • Damage deposit: $500 (refunded within 7 days if no damage)
